I hired Edwards Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters, and I was very impressed with their service. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to accommodate my request to adjust the appointment. Was sent a reminder message the day prior of the window of arrival.The technicians arrived on time and got to work right away. They did a thorough job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts, and they even shared pictures of the work afterwards. The gutter cleaning service we received was exceptional. Communication could not have been better; I received timely updates about scheduling and arrival. Mr Edwards and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The crew arrived a bit before their scheduled time, and finished a big job efficiently. I walked around the house after they left, and aside from not being able to see things growing in the gutters anymore, you never would have known they were there. Cleanup couldn’t have been better. I definitely recommend this company, and plan on having them return next year.

Exactly what you'd expect out of a professional service. Friendly staff arrived when they said they'd be there. Even provided advanced notification they were on the way via text. Took photos of all my gutters (before/after) and reviewed them with me when complete. I will not hesitate to call them again for future needs.

I contacted Edwards Gutter Cleaning three days ago when I was noticed water pouring over the gutter above my screened porch. Having been with another company whose work had become sub par, I needed to find a company I could count on. Mason was out this afternoon to unclog the downspout. Mason did a great job cleaning our gutters this summer! He showed up with plenty of notice over text and did a quick and efficient job on our house. He was also very friendly and easy to communicate with, and offered a much fairer price than other companies we quoted. After cleaning, he also advised us about some spots with missing shingles on our roof, and provided a referral to someone that could take a better look- greatly appreciated! We definitely plan to use Edwards gutter cleaning again in the future :)
